I am a huge oatmeal fan. It keeps you full forever, it’s super easy to make and is inexpensive. When it becomes colder outside, I like to add special ingredients to make me feel extra festive. Here’s the vegan creamy cinnamon oatmeal that I’m eating right now! This recipe is so good because you can make it as high calorie, protein or fat as you want as well as low calorie, protein and fat as you want. Since I am trying to gain mass, I love that this can be high calorie, protein and fat vegan oatmeal.


vegan oatmeal, ingredients

1/2 Cup Of Oatmeal– use more or less as you like but adjust water

1 1/2 Cup Of Water or Non-Dairy Milk– I use soy for protein content but any non-dairy milk will work.

Pinch of Cinnamon

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Turmeric– Great for anti-oxidant properties

Pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice


1/2 tablespoon of Coconut Oil– makes it more creamy and adds more calories for bodybuilding

1 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder– added protein, tastes great but is not shown in these pictures


  1. Add oats, milk and spices a saucepan. Put heat to high and boil for two minutes.
  2. Lower heat to simmer and simmer for 10 minutes or until it is thick and oats are soft.
  3. Stir in coconut oil, protein powder and more milk if you want thinner oatmeal.
  4. Add chocolate chips, fruit or whatever else you want in it (mine does not have anything on it).
